Our Vision & Leadership

Ronnie Simmons is the founder of Team-X Elite. He initiated Team-X Elite Boot Camp in 2019. Mr. Simmons is a father and a member of our community. He was born and raised in Boston, and he faced challenges finding a connection that would provide support and a safe environment in the community.

He was fortunate to have found coaches along the way that guided him and prevented him from being in the streets. Thanks to that support, he was able to attend college and graduate with his bachelor's degree. He wants to be able to serve his community and make a change.
